2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 271 of 2023 registered on 28.08.2023 under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against three named accused persons including the petitioner against whom there is an allegation that there is recovery of one country made pistol and ten live cartridges.

4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2023 having seven criminal case pending against him, in which he is on bail.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30725 of 2024(2) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 for bail.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present. However, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail nine months after framing of charge.

8. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
