In view of the subsequent developments, different and separate cause of action has arisen to certain petitioners and under the aforesaid circumstances, Mr. Manan Kumar Mishra, Y.V. Giri, learned senior counsel and Mr. Abhinav Srivastava, learned counsel submit that the petitioners may be granted liberty to invoke appropriate jurisdiction including the writ
6/6 jurisdiction for redressal of the grievance of such aggrieved writ petitioners with fresh cause of action.
In view of the subsequent developments, these writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners that if the petitioners have any grievance as to the main result or revised result, they shall agitate their grievance before the appropriate forum in accordance with law including the writ petition.
