The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 283 of 2016 registered under Sections 341,323,498A, 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in-laws of the informant and they have been falsely implicated in the present case. The fact is that, now, in spite of allegation, the husband is ready to keep her
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4187 of 2017 (3) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 full dignity. The story is false and concocted and there is no injury report with regard to injury sustained by the victim. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 283 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
