The present modification application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 05.08.2022 as there is a typographical error in the cause title of the petition as it has been recorded as 'Chandan Ray @ Chandan Kumar Son of Late Dinanth Ray Resident of Village- Chainpur, Police Station - Katara, District - Muzaffarpur' when it should have been 'Chandan Ray alias Chandan Kumar Son of Late Dinesh Ray, Resident of Village- Chainpur, Police Station - Katara, District - Muzaffarpur'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the anticipatory bail application it was clearly recorded that name of the father of the petitioner is late Dinesh Ray but inadvertently

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22382 of 2022(3) dt.01-09-2022 2/2 in the order dated 05.08.2022, the same was recorded as Late Dinanth Ray.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 05.08.2022 is modified to the extent indicated above.
