The sole petitioner, husband of the deceased, has approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail in Jandaha P.S. Case No.55/2016 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has taken the plea of alibi regarding the petitioner. By way of referring to statement made in paragraph-5 of the petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the date of occurrence, the petitioner was already functioning as labourer in Chenai and, as such, there
