Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 590 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. There is case and counter case. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner, rather the specific allegation is against another co-accused. Similarly situated co-accused namely, Munna Rai has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.06.2020 passed in Cr.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19517 of 2020(2) dt.25-08-2020 2/2 Misc. No. 18682 of 2020. Petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2019.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 590 of 2019.
