The writ application is disposed of with a direction upon the respondents that the time frame of three months which they have indicated for settlement of the post retiral dues is adhered to and the legitimate dues of the petitioner must be settled within the time frame indicated above.

Petitioner is given freedom to raise the issue with regard to the deductions which is made and the authorities would take a call on the same either reconcile the issue or tell him about the deductions if it is supported by law.
