Petitioner seeks bail in Silao P.S. Case No.157 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 379, 386, 504, 506/34 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner and others made demand of Rangdari and one Ranjan Yadav snatched golden chain from the informant.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation that any Rangdari was paid.

It has further been submitted that co-accused, Ranjan Yadav, has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.56022 of 2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63213 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Silao P.S. Case No.157 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
