JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the show cause notice dated 29.10.2018 whereby and whereunder a show cause has been issued by the Principal of the Bihar Agriculture University, Sabour, asking the petitioner to submit his reply with regard to him being absent without any information on several occasions and in default thereof, it has been specified that his wages shall not be paid till the show cause reply is submitted.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall submit his clarification to the aforesaid show cause notice dated 29.10.2018 within a period of four weeks from today, hence, the respondents be directed to take decision

Patna High Court CWJC No.7866 of 2019(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 upon the same within a stipulated period.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a reply to the show cause notice dated 29.10.2018 within a period of four weeks from today, whereafter the concerned authority shall take the final decision within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
