Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,353,307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Explosive Substances Act and 17 C.L.A. Act.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR whereas some others are named. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 06.06.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. So far this case is concerned, there is no sufficient material against the petitioner to keep him behind the bar as undertrial prisoner. Hence, let the petitioner, above

Tr. No.09/19/01/19, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
