JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 12-12-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.56538 of 2018 by which petitioners have been granted bail in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No.186 of 2018.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that due to inadvertence in the prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No.56538 of 2018, 'Special Judge, Excise, Patna' has been mentioned in place of "Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran" and the same mistake has occurred in the order dated 04.10.2018. Further, in the Cause Title of the order dated 04.10.2018 father's name of petitioner No.2 has wrongly been spelt.

Counsel for the petitioner is directed to make

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67918 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 necessary correction in the prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No.56538 of 2018 with regard to name of the district.

Accordingly, in the last paragraph of the order dated 04.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.56538 of 2018, in place of 'Special Judge (Excise), Patna', it should be read as "Special Judge (Excise), East Champaran". Further, in the Cause Title of the order dated 04.10.2018, father's name of petitioner No.2 be read as "Sri Chathhu Rai" in place of 'Sri Chathnu Rai'. The order dated 04.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.56538 of 2018 stands modified to the aforesaid extent. This Modification Application is, accordingly, allowed.
