Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.469 of 2018 dated 6.6.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 379, 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners happen to be in-laws of the complainant and there is allegation of torture and assault also on misbehaving

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19936 of 2019(5) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 with her by the petitioner nos. 2 and 3.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the allegations are vague. So far these petitioners are concerned, they are ready to abide by any condition imposed upon them.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the O.P.;no.2, who has admitted that in a case filed by the husband of the complainant notice has already been issued. . Having heard both sides. In such view of the matter, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VII, Aurangabad in connection with Complaint Case No.469 of 2018 dated 6.6.2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
