JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/504 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner abused and assaulted the informant and his brother with iron rod.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the specific allegation of assault is against Md. Raja. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against this petitioner.
