JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,342,323,379,307 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that a Bolero vehicle collided with a motorcycle when the accused persons robbed and damaged the Bolero vehicle. On protest being made by the informant, co accused Santosh Biswas wrapped the muffler around the neck of the informant and snatched gold chain of the informant and took out fifteen thousand rupees from his pocket It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34493 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 that for the petty dispute the accusation has been levelled and the injury has been found to be superficial simple in nature. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Araria in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No.43 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
