2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 03.01.2024 passed by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge I, Hilsa, Nalanda in B.P. No.861 of 2023 and subsequent order dated 30.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.08 of 2024 by the same learned court, arising out of Chandi P.S. Case No.361 of 2022.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25339 of 2024(3) dt.16-12-2025 2/2 trial and the petitioner shall assist the court in this regard.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Cr. Misc. application is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to take steps for early disposal of the case.
