This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Minapur (Panapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 250 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 353, 504, 506, 379, 511 & 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

This case has been registered because of dispute over the selection of Anganbari Sevika for which applications were given to the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur also. In the opinion of this Court, in such kind of malafide prosecution, the petitioners deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Minapur (Panapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 250 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
