Petitioner seeks bail in Pandarak P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 331.8 litres illicit liquor has been recovered from the Maruti van and Bolero vehicle. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was found running away from the place of occurrence.

Petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67263 of 2018(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
