2. After some arguments, Mr. N.K. Agrawal, the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to prefer a revision application before the concerned authority.

4. Should such a revision application be filed within a period of 30 days, the concerned authority shall take into account all the grounds raised by the petitioner and shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of 60 days from the date of preferring such application by the petitioner along with a copy of this order.

5. Needless to state that reasonable opportunity shall be provided to the petitioner to explain his cause.

6. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
