ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 It has been submitted that for the same cause of action, Special case No.42 of 2009 arising out of Biharsharif Rail P.S. case No.7 of 2007 is pending before the Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Patna, whereas Sessions Trial No.532 of 2007 arising out of same Biharsharif Rail P.S. case No.7 of 2007 is pending before the Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Biharsharif. The Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Patna is directed to look into the matter and if he finds that the cause of action is the same, he shall transfer the case to Nalanda for amalgamation within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order after giving notice to the relevant parties.

With the aforesaid observations, the application stands disposed of.
