JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 18-07-2024 It is the grievance of the petitioner that a vehicle bearing Reg. No. BR 02T-2470 in the name of the petitioner was allegedly seized with forest produce. After seizure of forest produce and the vehicle, it was auctioned in the year 2018.

2. The petitioner, by filing the instant Cr. Misc. Case has prayed for passing an order to release the seized autorickshaw in favour of him.

3. Since the auto-rickshaw has already been auctioned, the same cannot be returned.

4. However, the petitioner is at liberty to claim auctioned money as compensation after contesting Forest Case No. 77 of 2014.

5. With the above order, the instant Cr. Misc. Case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40354 of 2015(14) dt.18-07-2024 2/2 disposed of.
