Perused the above application and materials on record.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Considering that the petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected twice by orders, dated 29.10.2015 and 27.07.2016, and no new ground for bail has been made out, this Court is of the view that at this stage, the accused above-named shall not be allowed to go on bail.
