Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 379 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is that he introduced himself as Agent of A.P.M. Group of Companies and induced petitioner to deposit Rs. 122,000/- under various schemes of deposit of company but is not getting back his money. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity and local politics. Petitioner is not beneficiary, he is also one of the victim. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 04.09.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of
