JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2017 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grandfather and great grandfather of the husband of the deceased have been granted bail by the court concerned and, as such, he may be permitted to withdraw this anticipatory bail application to make proper application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioners on the ground that petitioners are Nanad and Nandosi and marriage was performed 17 years ago.
