====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Without going into the merits of the case, at the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent-University submits that besides making payment of all admitted dues of the petitioner even the remaining dues pursuant to revision, have also been made in January, 2015 through cheques. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she does not have up-to-date instructions. This Court does not deem it necessary to keep the matter pending.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

However, liberty is given to the petitioner that if actual payment has not been received by him, he would file a

Patna High Court CWJC No.1911 of 2009 (10) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 representation before the respondents no. 3 and 4 within three weeks form today alongwith a copy of this order. The concerned respondents thereafter shall ensure that actual payment, as stated by learned counsel for the University, is made within three weeks thereafter.
