2. The present modification application has been filed for modifying the order dated 16.01.2025 passe in CWJC No. 17906 of 2024 by which the petitioner has given a liberty to file an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of four weeks.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court MJC No.1105 of 2025(4) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 petitioner was ill and hence he has not filed the appeal as per direction of this Hon'ble Court dated 16.01.2025 within time.
4. In view of the aforesaid, two weeks' further time is extended to file an appeal in terms of the order dated 16.01.2025 passed in CWJC No. 17906 of 2024.
5. MJC No. 1105 of 2025 stands disposed of.
