2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheikhpura Cyber P.S. Case No. 5 of 2026, registered under Sections 318(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner was involved in the cyber crime. Cell phone and other materials were recovered from him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 29.01.2026.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of offence as alleged against the petitioner, this application is dismissed.

7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
