JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 207 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of IPC.

Prosecution case is that one Dhruv Narayan Pandey has purchased a piece of land from Smt. Lalpati Devi and petitioner is witness on that. Further allegation is that the land does not belongs to Smt. Lalpati Devi, rather of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the land belongs to Smt. Lalpati Devi, which will appear from para 8 of his petition and moreover, he is only a witness of the sale deed. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 207 of 2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
