The petitioner has moved this Court for quashing of the order dated 07.04.2009 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran in Motihari Town P.S. Case No.29 of 2009 under Section 286 of the IPC and 7 E.C. Act.

The matter relates to Motihari Town P.S. Case No.29 of 2009 and it seems that after one and half decade lots of water may have flown down the Ganges and as such the petitioner has lost interest in the case.

As such, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution
