The petitioner seeks bail in Konch P.S. Case No. 198 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120B, 212, 353, 386 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 17 of C.L.A. Act, Sections 25(1-B)d, 25 and 26 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Anil Yadav who has been arrested by the police. There is no recovery of any article from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner was not present on the spot.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since10.8.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

No.67534 of 2018(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Gaya, in connection with Konch P.S.
