The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution case is that one Dhruv Narayan Pandey has purchased a piece of land from Smt. Lalpati Devi and petitioner is witness on that. Further allegation is that the land does not belong to Smt. Lalpati Devi, is the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioner Most. Ramawati Kuer is the only daughter of aforesaid Shivdhar Singh and having valid right and title over

Learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that the petitioner no. 2 is mere a witness to the deed executed by the petitioner no. 1. It is further submitted that it is a civil dispute and the co-accused has been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 34315 of 2019 dated 02.08.2019. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bettiah, in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 207 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
