This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bandeya P.S. Case No. 20 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 366 (A) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. This is a case of kidnapping of the victim girl and on perusal of the F.I.R. the offence under the provisions of the POCSO Act is made out against the petitioners.
