Petitioner is accused in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 47 of 2016 registered under Sections 323, 341, 379, 498(A), 504 and 506/34 of the I.P.C. as well as section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The allegation against is of cruelty and torture for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Thereafter, the informant was ousted from her matrimonial house.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the informant and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that for restitution of conjugal rights, the petitioner has also filed a matrimonial case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48111 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 before the Family Court. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2016, having no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Munsif-cumJ.M., Supaul in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.47 of 2016 G.R. No. 1038 of 2016.
