2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rahul P.S. Case No. 472 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Unknown criminals committed loot of Rs. 1,50,300/-, one laptop and other articles. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of coaccused Manjeet Kumar and Pradeep Kumar @ Pate. The looted amount of Rs. 30,000- has been recovered from Pradeep Kumar @ Pate and Rs. 15,000/- has been recovered from Manjeet Kumar.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
