The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that the informant's Nanad was used to be assaulted and tortured and in consequence thereof, she was done to death for demand of dowry in her matrimonial house.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20702 of 2019(2) dt.04-04-2019 2/2 allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner Nos. 1, 2 & 3 are father-in-law, uncle-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased respectively. They are separate in mess and property from husband of the deceased. They have no concern with the affairs of husband of the deceased.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 132 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
