The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of one case under the Excise Act and has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR it would manifest that no specific allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioner rather allegation of assault is against Gopal who is alleged to have assaulted by knife on the neck and head of the informant causing injury. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21720 of 2023(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bahadurpur (Fekla O.P.)
