ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-04-2015 A Supplementary Affidavit has been filed stating therein that the Opposite Party No.3 is an adult now and is not required to be maintained by the Petitioner. Further submission is that by order dated 15.06.2013 the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur, suddenly enhanced the amount of `One thousand to `Five thousand payable to the Opposite Party No.2 in Misc. Case No.12 of 2008.

On the last occasion, notice had been issued to the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 but they have not appeared. Considering the unnatural increase in maintenance amount, this Court is inclined to reduce the amount of `Five

The application stands disposed off with the aforesaid observation/direction.
