No.2527 of 2008. Application stands dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witness for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Darbhanga, who is directed to ensure
