This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

For dispute relating to rasta between the parties an occurrence of assault took place. There is case and counter case. Both the parties have sustained injury.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted with stone. However, injury caused at the hands of the informant is simple.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 59 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
