One country made loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 06.05.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Nagar P.S.Case No. 217 of 2016.
