The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of abduction of the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has stated that the petitioner has no complicity in the offence as alleged in the FIR as is apparent from perusal of the impugned order. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21429 of 2022(2) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Arvind Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sitamarhi/concerned Court in connection with Sahiyara P.S.
