Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance before the Respondent No. 1 by way of a representation dated 27.12.2024 (Annexure P/1), the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 1 to consider the said representation strictly in accordance with law and pass necessary orders on the said representation. The authority shall endeavour to dispose of the said representation as
Patna High Court CWJC No.7057 of 2025(2) dt.03-11-2025 2/2 expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.
