The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No.183 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 506, 307 and 337/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that this petitioner and other accused, named in the F.I.R., assaulted the brother of the informant and others.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case and in the occurrence, both sides sustained injury. Further submission is that the co-accused Deoki Yadav, Mithilesh Yadav, Pramod Yadav and Suresh

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18917 of 2019(4) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 Yadav, have already been granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.01.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.78876 of 2018.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No.183 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
