====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ------------ 23-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No.44 of 2009 registered under Sections 304(B) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Anchal Dwivedi, Judicial Magistrate, Chapra. The allegation against the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, and the other co-accused, named in the F.I.R., is to kill the deceased, Pushpa Devi, the daughter of the informant, Rajkali Kuar, by pressing her neck for non fulfillment of the dowry demand.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47652 of 2014 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected.
