Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 103 of 2016 registered under Sections272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8469 of 2017 (2) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 103 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
