Mr. Verma learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the writ petition to enable the petitioner to espouse his grievance before the Director, Secondary Education in the light of the notification issued by the General Administration Department bearing Memo No. 5267 dated 8.4.2016 for questioning his termination order which is passed on grounds of not holding valid qualification.
