Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-B)a, 26(i) of the Arms Act.

One country made loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 27.7.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Mufassil P.S. Case no. 142/2016. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
