Learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioners had come to this Court seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.91C of 2014, pending in the court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger and on consideration of the prayer of the petitioners, vide order dated 23.4.2015, notice was issued to opposite party No.2 and accordingly she has appeared. It is submitted that after taking interim protection, thereafter the petitioners had stopped appearing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46767 of 2014 (3) dt.07-08-2015 2/2 before this Court. Yesterday also the matter was called out, but nobody had appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Considering the fact that the petitioners are enjoying the benefit of pre-arrest bail and have not chosen to appear before this Court for final adjudication of the matter, the order dated 23.04.2015 is hereby recalled.
Having heard learned counsel for the informant and the State, this application is dismissed.
