This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 323, 341, 379, 387, 385, 447, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute, the petitioner allegedly committed assault and theft.

Submission of the petitioner is that the land was purchased by the mother of the petitioner through registered sale deed, dated 16.05.1989.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Samho P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016 G.R. No. 3007 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, or
