Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302, 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the informant's son Vikash Kumar was married to Neelu Devi. The petitioner and co-accused persons in connivance with one another committed murder of Vikash Kumar under conspiracy and his dead body was thrown at the railway track.

Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. He is son-in-law of the deceased. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2022. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 599 of 2021. The application stands allowed.
