JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.9.2018 stating that in Cr.Misc.No. 51283 of 2018 name of petitioner No.4 had wrongly been mentioned as 'Ram Patan Singh' instead of 'Ram Ratan Singh' and as such the wrong name was mentioned in the said order.

In the said circumstances, the order dated 13.9.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 51283 stands modified to the extent that in the said order name of petitioner No.4 should correctly be read as 'Ram Ratan Singh' in place of 'Ram Patan Singh' and further four weeks time from the receipt of this order is allowed to petitioner No.4 to surrender.

This application is, accordingly, allowed.

Let this order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
